We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-level support role, excels at managing complex schedules and confidential matters, and keeps executive operations running seamlessly. In this role, you&rsquo;ll conduct research, prepare reports, handle information requests, coordinate meetings and conference calls, welcome visitors, and manage executive correspondence and scheduling. You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in coordinating administrative functions that support the effective implementation of company policies and day-to-day operations across the organization.
This is an on-site role located in Sioux Falls, SD.<ul><li>
Independently handle procedural and substantive matters and inquiries which do not require technical knowledge or refers callers to others as appropriate.</li><li>
Screens visitors and phone calls, routes calls or answers questions and handles general problems such as complaints or request for information as appropriate.</li><li>
Schedule appointments and engagements without prior clearance. Make arrangements and coordinate all details for meetings. Provide any background information to the executive before meetings on matters to be considered as deemed necessary.</li><li>
Manage the office&rsquo;s main front desk daily to provide coverage during lunch hours and other out-of-office periods as needed. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing front office traffic, answering incoming calls, and performing other assigned front desk duties.</li><li>
Make all necessary arrangements for travel and independently perform required administrative follow-up and recordkeeping.</li><li>
Oversee the flow of materials for Executive meetings and Board meetings.</li><li>
Record, transcribe, and publish the official minutes at the meetings. Handles materials for the meetings taking materials from the central office to and from the meetings.</li><li>
Travels to all Board meetings and as needed with the Executive.</li><li>
Receive and read incoming correspondence and information. Summarize and prioritize review of correspondence.</li><li>
Screens out items to be handled personally and forwards remainder with necessary background materials.</li><li>
Types, proofreads and processes a wide variety of complex and confidential reports, letters and memoranda. Independently prepares correspondence or assigns to others as appropriate. Types from rough draft or verbal instructions. Takes and transcribes dictation. Assists with maintaining effective communication with staff.</li><li>
Gather data and other information and prepare and revise correspondence, charts, forms, and other material from copy or notes created by others. Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested.</li><li>
Research, analyze and summarize information and source materials for reports independently and communicate findings verbally and in writing.</li><li>
Sign important correspondence frequently without instruction or review.</li><li>
Read and edit outgoing correspondence for procedural, typographical and grammatical accuracy with general policy and factual correctness. Correct and call deviations or inadequacies to writer's attention as deemed appropriate.</li><li>
Exercise independent judgment and initiative in establishing and revising complex and sensitive filing systems. - Enter, update, and retrieve information stored in files and databases.</li><li>
Ensure confidentiality of information. Maintain confidentiality and handling sensitive matters with discretion and tact.</li><li>
Support office by using automated equipment such as facsimile machines, personal and networked computers and printers, copy equipment, video conferencing, PDA&rsquo;s, voice messaging and electronic mail systems, and telephone equipment.</li><li>
Provide guidance and instruction of office support staff as well as assist clerical positions as deemed necessary.</li><li>
Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.</li><li>
Maintain a team environment at all times and champion POET in the community.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS
</h1><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field strongly preferred.</li><li>
8+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives as an Executive Assistant and/or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience</li><li>
Ability to coordinate work of three or more senior executives.</li><li>
Plan, organize and schedule office priorities.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate past experience with confidentiality.</li><li>
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.</li><li>
Ability to work with multiple constituencies.</li><li>
Effectively screen incoming calls and visitors; maintain mail log, sort and or route incoming and outgoing correspondence, schedule appointments and make travel arrangements.</li><li>
Ability to perform research, create reports and presentations on confidential material.</li><li>
Plan and efficiently organize work in terms of setting and meeting priorities.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent organization and time management skills with a sense of urgency that drives results.</li><li>

JOB SUMMARY &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</h1>
The Instrumentation &amp; Electrical Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and identifying root-cause issues, repairing or replacing parts and rewiring and installing related instrument/electrical goods at the bioprocessing facility. The Instrumentation &amp; Electrical Technician ensures that all work performed follows electrical codes and tests and inspects and repairs issues when they occur. Team members in this position will communicate any problems or concerns to the management team. This role is also responsible for reviewing all electrical procedures for the bioprocessing facility, assisting in developing pertinent electrical programs and training team members. Continuous plant operation includes 24/7 schedules. Team member must be able to meet call-in requirements as needed.
This is an on-site role located in Ashton, IA. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Troubleshoot and identify a root cause, repair, or replace parts, rewire and install related instrument/electrical goods including conduit and/or wiring.</li><li>
Ensure that all work performed is completed by following all local electrical codes. Including 4160V, 480V, 220V, 110V, 24V DC and 4-20 mA loops and circuits as applicable to the location.</li><li>
Troubleshoot PLC/DCS I/O including 4-20mA loops, 120V/24DC I/O.</li><li>
Responsible for all preventative and proactive electrical maintenance and compliance procedures.</li><li>
Assist with emergency and scheduled shutdowns while performing regular mechanical duties as directed.</li><li>
Calibrate, configure, and repair of measurement/control instruments for flow, level, pressure, temperature, and pH including associated valves and valve actuators.</li><li>
Understand electrical and instrumentation equipment associated with plant processing equipment.</li><li>
Possess a strong understanding of motor control circuits and electric motors.</li><li>
Inform management of any instrument/electrical parts needed and assist with maintaining the required instrument/electronic/electrical parts inventories.</li><li>
Document and record: utilizing inventory control systems, maintaining calibration records, ordering parts, work with outside contractors, etc.</li><li>
Work with the management team and all staff daily to ensure the operation and all facilities are operating to standards.</li><li>
Understand how equipment and instrument/electronic controls operate and are utilized to operate the plant.</li><li>
Maintain work area to include cleanliness, serviceability, and accountability of all tools and supplies.</li><li>
Accomplish all other tasks, work orders, cleaning assignments or other duties as assigned by the management team.</li><li>
Assist in developing, training, and reviewing all pertinent instrument/electrical programs and procedures including Arc Flash Hazards and electrical integrity.</li><li>
Maintain licensing by attending state required code classes as required by location/leader.</li><li>
Be expected to receive calls after hours, including weekends and holidays, in the event of an emergency bioprocessing situation that would require electronic or instrument/electrical expertise.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS
</h1><ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in an electrical training program or equivalent is required.</li><li>
Journeyman or Master License preferred but may be required based on location.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of standard electrical equipment and work practices is required.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and install 4160V, 480V, 220V, 110V motors and breakers, protective relays, PLC&rsquo;s, transformers, motor control centers, lights, breakers, panels, and other miscellaneous electrical equipment as applicable to the work location.</li><li>
Troubleshoot PLC/DCS I/O including 4-20mA loops, 120V/24DC I/O.</li><li>
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to embrace change.</li><li>
You know the basics of Microsoft Office Suite. You&rsquo;re capable of learning new programs.</li><li>
Read and translate the information found within all: PLC code, Schematic wiring, and Ladder and P&amp;ID&rsquo;S process diagrams.</li><li>
Industrial network experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 1-3 year(s) of related work experience</li><li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS &amp; WORK ENVIRONMENT
</h1>This role has some physical requirements that our team members will need to be able to perform, such as:<ul><li>

This position is largely self-directed and requires a thorough understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. This position is exposed to work in multiple environments, including plant, laboratory, as well as an office environment. The team member may be exposed to high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, dusty conditions, internal and external temperature/weather conditions, and chemicals.
