The Training and Development Specialist will partner with leaders to identify training needs, develop materials, and facilitate workshops that drive performance. If you&rsquo;re passionate about professional development and making a real impact, this role is for you.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and deliver impactful training materials &ndash; from manuals and presentations to e-learning modules, SOPs and job aids &ndash; that empower teams to succeed</li><li>Support implementation of talent development initiatives and training programs that align with company goals, culture, and core competencies</li><li>Develop relationships with leadership and subject matter experts to assess training needs, recommend appropriate learning solutions and partner on development training programs</li><li>Confer with management and staff to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps and training objectives</li><li>Develop and demonstrate proficiency in rapport-building, sales techniques, and software tools relevant to the Tax Resolution Industry</li><li>Work closely with department leaders to drive alignment and success</li><li>Conduct refresher courses, compliance trainings, and soft skills workshops (communication, negotiation, customer service)</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources (related fields) or equivalent education required</li><li>Experience training inside sales teams (required)</li><li>2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Familiarity with CRM Systems (Salesforce)</li><li>Instructional design certification or training credentials (preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with IRS Process and Tax Resolution Programs (preferred)</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>$70,000 - $75,000 annually</li><li>Receive yearly performance&ndash;based bonuses</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance include</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Strong coaching and mentoring skills</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building</li><li>Knowledge of career assessments and job search strategies</li><li>Skilled in workshops, presentations and training delivery</li><li>Tech-savvy with career platforms and Microsoft Office</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask</li><li>Problem solver with critical-thinking abilities</li><li>Empathetic, professional, and culturally aware</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
