 The Financial Analyst at Point &amp; Pay is responsible for assisting with monthly/weekly cadences, performing operational and/or other ad-hoc financial analyses, managing certain financial processes, and providing decision support. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail oriented, analytical person with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
 
 
 
 What you'll do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate financial issues and data. Provide analysis and other support to various members of the management team
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare month end financial presentations, including performing variance analysis and providing commentary
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide recommendations on business decisions such as pricing. Periodically measure the performance of past decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and structure workload to meet daily, weekly, monthly, &amp; annual deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform client account reconciliations, including identifying, evaluating, and resolving issues and concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with monthly P/L and cost analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What we need from you:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or Finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum three years of experience in accounting or finance roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office / Google Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Detailed oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Resourceful and creative problem solver.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perform with minimum supervision and make decisions independently.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 How to stand out (Preferred):

 Moderate SQL manipulation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to quickly learn new software packages and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong research, reporting, and data manipulation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the Payments or Fintech industries
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
