Point Quest

<div>$47-$55/hr. | Full-Time | Houston, TX | School-Based | SLP License Required

About the Role: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning</li>
<li>Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members</li>
<li>Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals</li>
<li>Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews</li>
<li>Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills</li>
<li>Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation</li>
<li>Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:

Must Have:
<ul>
<li>Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)</li>
<li>DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance</li>
<li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>One year of experience in speech therapy</li>
<li>Department of Education certification</li>
<li>Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs</li>
<li>Experience with school-based caseload management</li>
</ul>

Speech Language Pathologist

<div>$52-$60/hr | Full-Time | Austin, TX | School-Based | School Psychologist Certification Required

About the Role: Provide comprehensive psychological services to students in a school-based setting. You'll conduct evaluations, support IEP and 504 plan development, provide crisis intervention, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every student has the support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using standardized assessments</li>
<li>Develop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans based on assessment data</li>
<li>Create evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to student needs</li>
<li>Provide crisis support during emergencies and deliver staff training on mental health and behavior management</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings and evaluations</li>
<li>Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and plan student interventions</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For: 

Must Have:
<ul>
<li>Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered</li>
<li>DOJ/FBI background check and TB clearance</li>
<li>Eligibility to work in the US</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Certification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)</li>
<li>Prior experience working as a school psychologist</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish/English</li>
</ul>
