Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our legal team. This role is vital in providing exceptional front desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are paramount.Duties<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with professionalism at the front desk</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate Zoom meetings</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing online QuickBooks</li><li>Support office management activities such as supply ordering and facility organization</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times</li><li>Personal assistant duties as needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under deadlines</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service excellence</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to office administration.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Front desk: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Toms River, NJ 08753 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
