<div><div>PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world's leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows.</div>
This will be on a part-time basis, 16 hours per week with 2-3 days weekly commitment for 3 months. Based on your preferred days, these will be set. The contract will last a minimum of 3 months with the chance to extend.

Your responsibilities will involve:
<ul>
<li>Improving the language understanding module by providing high-quality sentence training examples</li>
<li>Updating system prompts based on client requests</li>
<li>Managing and uploading voice recordings</li>
<li>Testing conversational systems extensively before go-live</li>
<li>Reviewing customer calls and flagging problematic conversations to the team</li>
<li>Working with Software Engineers and Dialogue Designers to produce the best conversational UX and the highest call containment.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Minimum Requirements:</h2>
<ul><li>You are a native/fluent Turkish speaker</li>
<li>You have a professional working proficiency in English (we have an international team, but English is our shared language)</li>
<li>You are a great communicator and enjoy working in a diverse team</li>
<li>You are meticulous and have an eye for detail</li>
<li>You have a can-do attitude and have a high standard for your own work</li>
<li>You are passionate about great user experiences and want to deliver the best UX to the customers</li>
<li>You are interested in natural language understanding technologies and curious about how advanced conversational artificial intelligence is changing contact centres</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Requirements:</h2>
<ul><li>Ability to overlap with UK working hours (minimum 4h overlap with 10am-6pm UK working day).</li>
<li>Experience in natural language technologies and a rough understanding of how they work</li>
<li>Experience in translation and/or linguistics</li>
<li>Experience in data science and related areas</li>
<li>Experience in tech industries and understanding of how the software works</li>
<li>Experience in working with startups before</li>
<li>Experience in jobs that involves language skills, such as linguistics, translation, scripting writing, etc</li>
