Mergers &amp; Acquisitions</b></div><ul><li> Support M&amp;A transactions by including conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and preparing closing documents.</li></ul><ul><li> Collaborate with finance, tax, operations and other teams to assess legal implications, risk mitigation and integration strategies.</li></ul><div><b>
5. Regulatory Compliance</b></div><ul><li> Stay updated on amendments in law /legal developments and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., competition law, data protection, environmental regulations, OFAC, GDPR).</li></ul><ul><li> Provide legal guidance on compliance related matters and develop procedures that promote compliance throughout the organization.</li></ul><div><b>
6. Risk Management</b></div><ul><li> Identify and analyze potential legal / regulatory risks and provide advice on risk mitigation strategies.</li></ul><ul><li> Work with business leaders to implement effective compliance programs and practices.</li></ul><div><b>
7. Internal Stakeholder Collaboration</b></div><ul><li> Partner with internal stakeholders such as finance, HR, operations, and marketing to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions and strategies.</li></ul><ul><li> Provide legal training and resources to employees on relevant issues to foster a culture of compliance.</li></ul><div><b>
8. Contract Management Systems
</b></div><ul><li> Establish and maintain a centralized contract management system to track agreements, obligations, and key dates.</li></ul><ul><li> Monitor performance and compliance of contracts and provide guidance on potential issues.</li></ul><ul><li> Tools and Apps for contract life cycle management</li></ul><div><b>
9. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
</b></div><ul><li> Develop, review, and implement, standard operating procedures to reflect legal best practices.</li></ul><ul><li> Prepare legal documentation that can guide the organization in achieving its business goals while minimizing exposure.</li></ul><ul><li> SOPs to support streamlined review, finalization and execution of Contracts and approvals of deviations
</li></ul><ul><li> Advise relevant stakeholders on policies including POSH Policy, Whistle Blow Policy, amongst others</li></ul><div><b>
10.
