What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Design beautiful, responsive interfaces for web and mobile that will be used by hundreds of thousands of users every day</li><li>
Take features from concept to high-fidelity designs and prototypes, then work with engineers to ship them</li><li>
Build and refine user flows, wireframes, and visual designs to improve engagement, conversion, and overall product experience</li><li>
Rapidly iterate on designs using Figma and other prototyping tools</li><li>
Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence product direction</li><li>
Ensure consistency across the product through design systems and component libraries</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your Background Looks Like</h2><ul><li>
Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of responsive web and mobile designs</li><li>
Highly proficient with Figma (bonus if you&rsquo;ve worked with design systems and components)</li><li>
Skilled at rapid prototyping and testing concepts quickly</li><li>
Strong visual and interaction design instincts with attention to detail</li><li>
Familiarity with responsive design principles and modern UX best practices</li><li>
Comfortable working closely with developers and understanding how designs translate into code</li><li>
