Your Role</p><p>
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Polygon Labs, you will help drive adoption of Agglayer and CDK by crafting compelling messaging, defining go-to-market strategies, and supporting cross-functional execution across product, growth, and developer relations. You will play a hands-on role in bringing our most foundational infrastructure products to market and ensuring they resonate with developers, founders, and enterprises building on-chain.</p><p></p><p>
Your Responsibilities</p><ul><li><div>
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Developer Relations to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Agglayer and CDK launches and feature updates.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and refine messaging, value propositions, and positioning for technical and non-technical audiences.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and identify opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven narratives across web, social, and campaign content.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to the creation of content including landing pages, explainers, documentation, training materials, and enablement assets.</div></li><li><div>
Participate in launch retrospectives and continuously improve marketing frameworks based on feedback and performance.</div></li></ul><p></p><p>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</p><ul><li><div>
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with 2+ years in blockchain or developer-focused technology.</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of Ethereum and zero knowledge-based scaling solutions.</div></li><li><div>
Proven ability to turn technical product features into clear and compelling messaging.</div></li><li><div>
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams.</div></li><li><div>
Strong research, storytelling, and communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</div></li></ul><p></p><p>
Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li><div>
Familiarity with modular blockchain architectures, interoperability protocols, or rollup infrastructure.</div></li><li><div>
Experience marketing SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms.</div></li><li><div>

This role blends storytelling, social strategy, and fast-paced coordination. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Chief of Staff, Head of Social, and VP of Communications to ensure our leadership shows up authentically and powerfully - online and onstage. Monitor crypto, fintech, macroeconomic, and tech trends to identify opportunities for timely commentary and thought leadership.</p></li><li><p>
Translate complex ideas into engaging content - both reactive and evergreen - in partnership with the executive.</p></li><li><p>
Manage and grow their Substack presence - from ideation and drafting to editing and publishing.</p></li><li><p>
Partner with design and video teams to develop standout short-form visual and motion content.</p></li><li><p>
Travel to key conferences and events to capture live content, support media moments, and provide real-time social coverage.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with the Chief of Staff and Communications team to align on media, interviews, and event priorities.</p></li><li><p>
