<li>Communicates with supervision on regular basis.</li>
<li>Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.</li>
<li>Duties include working from prints, sketches, process sheets, travelers, and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, air gage, dial, indicator, depth feeler gage to measure width, wall face width, step height, depth angle, to tolerances generally within .001&quot;, occasionally as close as .0001&quot;.</li>
<li>Performs equipment set ups.</li>
<li>Makes adjustments on equipment such as, and not limited to offsets, insert or tooling changes, feeds and speeds, etc.</li>
<li>Transport materials; perform dipping, coating, and wrapping of products as needed.</li>
<li>Trains new hires.</li>
<li>Perform operator capable lubrication of service to machines and equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain records and paperwork.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul><div><b>EQUIPMENT USED</b> &ndash; Includes and is not limited to all equipment, tools, and instruments within the Sealing Rings Department.</div>
<div><b>Job Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>HSD or GED.</li>
<li>Familiarity and basic understanding of blueprints.</li>
<li>High level of mechanical aptitude.</li>
<li>Must meet requirements for Export Control / ITAR Compliance (see Export Control / ITAR Compliance section for details).</li>
<li>Minimum two years manufacturing experience as helper or operator in industrial manufacturing facility preferred.</li>
<li>Previous work with metals (cast iron, stainless steel, inconel, titanium, etc.) preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to train on shift other than home shift.</li>
<li>Home shift (4th): Friday, 11P-7A (with shift start 11PM Thursday) and Saturday &amp; Sunday, 11P-11A. Work 32 hours and get paid for 42 hours!</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Safety sensitive role.</li>
<li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.</li>

This position supports desktop environments, servers, networks, cloud-based systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and managed service providers.</div>

<li>Assist with Active Directory and Group Policy administration.</li>

<ul><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive IT support, desktop support, or systems administration experience.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, and VLANs.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>

<ul><li>Experience supporting manufacturing environments.</li>
<li>Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace or defense.</li>
