<div></div><div>We are looking for a <b>Manufacturing Project Manager </b>to join our team.</div>
<div></div><div>The primary role of the <b>Manufacturing Project Manager</b> is to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our production operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder coordination, and has a passion for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to):</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing initiatives&mdash;from concept through execution and delivery.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.</li>
</ul><div><b>Job Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and production planning.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or equivalent).</li>
<li>PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills:</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).</li>
<li>Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.</li>

<div></div><div>We are looking for a <b>Manufacturing Compliance Manager </b>to join our team. The primary role of the <b>Manufacturing Compliance Manager</b> is to lead and oversee compliance initiatives across our production facilities. This role ensures that all manufacturing activities adhere to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements&mdash;protecting product integrity, operational efficiency, and company reputation.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Duties and responsibilities are (including but not limited to):</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs aligned with applicable regulations (e.g., NADCAP, ISO9001, AS9100).</li>
<li>Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.</li>
<li>Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections; manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, etc.) to integrate compliance into daily processes.</li>
<li>Stay current with evolving regulatory requirements and proactively update procedures and documentation.</li>
<li>Lead training programs to educate staff on compliance policies, ethical practices, and regulatory changes.</li>
<li>Investigate compliance breaches, non-conformances, and incidents; oversee root cause analysis and resolution.</li>
<li>Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.</li>
</ul><div><b>Job Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of manufacturing regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, OSHA, REACH, RoHS).</li>
<li>Experience conducting audits and managing compliance documentation.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in compliance management systems and ERP platforms</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills:</b></div>
<ul><li>Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.</li>
<li>Experience in aerospace industry.</li>
<li>Ability to influence organizational culture and drive continuous improvement.</li>
