PRO cum HR AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PRO cum HR Assistant to support our HR team and company operations. The role requires 2&ndash;3 years of relevant UAE experience in both HR and PRO functions. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR documentation, smooth employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and efficient handling of government-related processes.Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support in salary computation, payroll preparation, and attendance tracking.</li><li>Assist in the hiring process, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain and monitor employee leave records, overtime, and attendance system.</li><li>Prepare HR letters (offer letters, salary certificates, NOCs, etc.) as required.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction of new employees.</li></ul>PRO Duties:<ul><li>Handle government-related tasks such as visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medicals, and labor cards.</li><li>Coordinate with government entities (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) to ensure compliance.</li><li>Keep updated with UAE labor law, visa regulations, and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documentation.</li></ul>General Duties:<ul><li>Act as a liaison between employees and HR/procedural requirements.</li><li>Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.</li><li>Proactively identify areas to streamline HR and PRO processes for efficiency.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee data.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in HR and PRO-related functions within the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and government portals.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of managing inventory, monitoring production orders, and maintaining efficient scheduling for delivery and installation. The Factory Coordinator will play a vital role in bridging communication across departments and ensuring operational accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.Job Responsibilities Operational Support<ul><li>Assist the Factory Manager in day-to-day operational management of factory activities.</li><li>Act as a liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure workflow continuity.</li><li>Monitor and report factory KPIs (output, lead times, order accuracy).</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management<ul><li>Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely replenishment.</li><li>Maintain systematic records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with procurement for supply needs.</li></ul>Production Coordination<ul><li>Track production orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timelines.</li><li>Assist in preparing production schedules and align with team leads for resource allocation.</li><li>Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks in coordination with relevant departments.</li></ul>Delivery &amp; Installation Scheduling<ul><li>Prepare delivery and installation schedules in line with client deadlines and factory capacity.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and installation teams for timely execution.</li><li>Follow up on completed deliveries and installations to ensure client satisfaction.</li></ul>General Duties<ul><li>Maintain updated reports and documentation for management review.</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and recommend process efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and company policies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
