Job description:Full job descriptionWe are a real estate development company, looking for a Project Manager to join our team.What you will be doing: <ul><li>Develop and review plans in collaboration with design and architect teams</li><li>Develop and oversee schedules and timelines</li><li>Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and RFI&rsquo;s</li><li>Oversee the architectural process from initial design to the completion of construction</li><li>Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples</li><li>Manage the project team to ensure that client specifications and expectations are fulfilled</li><li>Review funds and estimates for assigned projects</li><li>Manage correspondence with vendors, consultants, etc.</li><li>Manage site planning and compliance</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations</li><li>Monitor progress of all construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlines</li><li>Execute site surveys on a need basis</li></ul>What we are expecting from you: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in architecture, project management, or a related field</li><li>Min. 5 years of relevant experience in UAE</li><li>Experience with fit-out</li><li>Must be available in UAE</li><li>Excellent management &amp; time management skills</li><li>Ability to work under stressful conditions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
