This position requires a talented and experienced individual with a minimum of 3-4 years in the industry, a passion for innovative design, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Job Description<ul><li>Lead and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, video editors and other creative professionals.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and creative vision.</li><li>Translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts and designs.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboard ideas.</li><li>Design and Development of creative campaigns across various digital platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.</li><li>Attend brainstorming sessions with leadership &amp; creative team to develop concepts for new business presentation</li><li>Maintain high standards of design excellence, ensuring all creative output meets or exceeds client expectations.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance creative capabilities.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Minimum 3-4 years experience working in a digital agency and 2 years as a Motion graphics &amp; Video Editor</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Well-versed with Adobe Suite, CGI, and video editing.</li><li>Should be familiar with software like Midjourney, Blender, 3D Max, Maya, Zbrush, etc.</li><li>Should have strong knowledge of all video and audio formats</li><li>Experience with video production techniques, including color correction, audio editing, and visual effects.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JS/JQuery, and experience in UI/UX design would be an added advantage</li><li>A creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics, color combination, typography, and other detailing</li><li>Should be familiar with technical requirements and trends for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
