You'll be the face of our bustling bistro, preparing and serving delicious lunch items, snacks, and beverages to our valued residents, staff, and visitors.</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Food Preparation &amp; Service:
<ul><li>Prepare and heat approved bistro food items according to established recipes and procedures.</li>
<li>Serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Accurately take orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system.</li>
</ul></li><li>Food Safety &amp; Sanitation:
<ul><li>Handle and store all food items according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines (ServSafe principles).</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bistro environment.</li>
<li>Assist the dietary department in the main kitchen as needed.</li>
</ul></li><li>Inventory &amp; Stocking:
<ul><li>Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.</li>
<li>Organize and restock bistro items as needed.</li>

<li>Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.</li>
