<li>Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards</li>

<li>Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident care</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Current RN License (State of Michigan)</li>
<li>Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills</li>
<li>Passion for improving resident lives and delivering exceptional care</li>
<li>Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation</li>
