We’re currently looking for a Service Manager to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. What You’ll Do: 
<ul>
<li>Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly</li>
<li>Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency</li>
<li>Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels</li>
<li>Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels</li>
<li>Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments</li>
<li>Ensure service employees receive proper training and development</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager</li>
</ul>
What You Need: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file</li>
<li>Preferred: Experience in management and sales</li>
<li>Strongly preferred: Previous experience in the tire industry</li>
<li>Ability to read and verify work order details accurately</li>
<li>Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information</li>
<li>Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers</li>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds</li>
