 . The candidate will be expected to contribute to curriculum development, conduct high-quality research, publish in peer-reviewed journals and overall development of the Management &amp; Commerce department.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Teaching &amp; Academic Duties:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Digital Marketing, Marketing and Business Analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize modern teaching tools and pedagogical techniques, including experiential learning, case studies, simulations, and digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools aligned with program outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects and grant proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars to present research findings.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Industry Engagement &amp; Curriculum Development:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with industry to align curriculum with current trends and future skills in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Business Analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate internships, industry projects, and guest lectures for students.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop MOUs and partnerships with corporates and other academic institutions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Mentorship &amp; Student Development:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mentor students for career planning, skill development, entrepreneurship, and higher education opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote student engagement in competitions, case challenges, and innovation projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Administrative &amp; Institutional Contribution:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in departmental committees, quality assurance processes, and accreditation activities (e.g., NAAC, NBA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to strategic planning, program development, and other university initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline (with specialization in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business Analytics).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Competencies:

 <li>
 Strong subject matter expertise and ability to simplify complex concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
