This role demands someone who can plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads and dive deep into data, scale campaigns profitably, and contribute directly to revenue growth. You'll work closely with brand, design, and content teams to deliver measurable results.Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads.2. Analyze campaign performance, audience data, and conversion funnels.3. Work on scaling ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) across multiple accounts.4. Collaborate with the creative team to build high-performing ad assets.5. Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and targeting to maximize efficiency.6. Provide weekly &amp; monthly performance reports with insights.7.
