As a <b>Software </b><b>Account Executive (AE)</b><b> </b>on our Inspection &amp; Real Estate team, you&rsquo;ll sell software that helps home inspectors run and grow their businesses. You&rsquo;ll manage the full sales cycle &mdash; from generating leads to running live product demos and turning prospects into long-term customers. Your work directly supports small business owners by helping them save time, increase revenue, and simplify operations.</div><div></div><div><b>
What You Will Do As An Account Executive</b></div><ul><li>
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads</li><li>
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities</li><li>
Host live product demos via screenshare to walk inspectors through workflows and tailor the pitch to their business</li><li>
Explain and demonstrate product features clearly and consultatively</li><li>
Stay informed about industry trends and competing solutions and deeply understand the role of the home inspector and how their business operates and evolves</li><li>
Upsell additional products and services where appropriate</li><li>
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in Salesforce, and provide regular updates on deal progress and forecasts</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations</li><li>
Occasionally travel to industry conferences or events to represent the company and engage with inspectors in person</li><li><b>

What You Will Bring As An Account Executive</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
3+ years as a quota-carrying sales representative</li><li>
Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally to SMBs</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Familiarity with Salesforce</li><li>
Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving problems for small business owners</li><li>
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li><li>
Self-starter with a track record of success in a remote work environment</li></ul><div></div><div>
