We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile videographer who can shoot and edit high-impact videos for:&#9679; Social media campaigns&#9679; Corporate and brand storytelling&#9679; Course content&#9679; Founder-led videos&#9679; Testimonials&#9679; Product/service explainers&#9679; Reels, shorts, and ad creativesThis role combines creativity, technical skill, and the ability to adapt to different brand styles.Key Responsibilities1. Video Production (In-House + Clients)<ul><li>Shoot engaging videos for:</li><li>PIIT (classroom, trainer explainers, student testimonials)</li><li>Porlob&rsquo;s internal campaigns</li><li>Client brands across education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, D2C, and services</li><li>Corporate interviews and founder videos</li><li>Social media content (reels, shorts, promo ads)</li><li>Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.</li></ul>2. Editing &amp; Post-Production&#9679; Edit content for multiple platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, Ads.&#9679; Add branding, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animations.&#9679; Maintain customized editing styles for different clients.&#9679; Deliver fast edits with high quality.3. Creative Planning &amp; Concept Development&#9679; Work with the marketing/strategic team to brainstorm video ideas.&#9679; Create moodboards, basic scripts, and shot lists.&#9679; Suggest reel concepts, trending formats, and storytelling angles.&#9679; Understand client briefs and translate them into video concepts.4. Multi-Brand Content Adaptation&#9679; Edit and deliver videos in different brand tones/styles.&#9679; Repurpose long content into short clips for social media.&#9679; Create multiple versions of the same video for different client platforms.5.
