DESC RIPTION:
 
Assisting the Director of Finance with daily business opera tions.
 
 
ESSE NTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILTIES
<ul><li>Prepare building and department budget reports.
</li><li>Assist with budget analysis and reporting.
</li><li>Compile and record journal entries, budget adjustments and equity transfers.
</li><li>Supervise Accounts Payable/Receivable Secretary and Student Data Coordinator. Conduct yearly
</li></ul>performance evaluations of staff in these two roles. &bull; Maintain and monitor procurement card program. &bull; Compile month end report of warrants and deposits to Clallam County Treasurer. &bull; Run the payroll encumbrance process.
 
<ul><li>Monthly and Yearly General Ledger reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
</li><li>Assist with end of year financial reporting to OSPI (F196) including preparation and submission.
</li><li>Assist with the annual budgeting process and submission of F203 and F195 to OPSI.
</li><li>Assist with the annual state audit and other audits.
</li><li>Align grant and donation budgets, monitor spending and submit claims for reimbursement.
</li><li>Submit annual Child Nutrition application and monthly claims.
</li><li>Monthly Time &amp; Effort
</li><li>Monthly Transportation Reports
</li><li>Other duties as assigned. 
</li></ul>

&bull; High School diploma.
 
<ul><li>Accounting experience preferred.

Wages &ndash; Fiscal Coordinator $83,223.00 to $91,252.00 DOE Benefits - Medical, Retirement, Basic Life/AD&amp;D, Basic Long-Term Disability, FSA &amp; HSA. Any employee anticipated to work at least 630 hours in the
