Documentation handling<ul><li>Prepare and check:</li><li>Bill of Lading (B/L)</li><li>invoices and packing lists</li><li>customs clearance documents</li><li>Ensure compliance with port and customs regulations</li></ul>3. Tracking &amp; communication<ul><li>Track shipments in real time</li><li>Update clients and managers on cargo status</li><li>Handle delays, damages, or missing cargo issues</li></ul>4.
