Port of Subs is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team on a part-time basis.This is your chance to be part of an iconic restaurant brand's exciting growth story! Work in a dynamic, supportive environment where your contributions directly impact our day-to-day operations.What You'll DoAs our AP/AR Specialist, you'll be the engine that keeps our financial operations running like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:Accounts Payable:<ul><li>Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently</li><li>Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain organized vendor files and documentation</li><li>Support month-end close activities</li><li>Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams</li></ul>Accounts Receivable:<ul><li>Generate and send customer invoices (primarily franchise-related)</li><li>Track payment collections and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>Process and post customer payments</li><li>Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues</li><li>Maintain accurate AR records and aging reports</li></ul>Who You AreYou're a numbers person with a knack for organization and an eye for detail.
