We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our field services team. This is an entry-level, non-technical position offering on-the-job training with opportunities for advancement. The role involves assisting equipment operators and technicians in a variety of outdoor and industrial environments, ensuring safety and efficiency at every job site.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of specific service equipment.</li><li>
Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and debris removal using shovels and hand tools.</li><li>
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.</li><li>
Adhere strictly to safety procedures and protocols on job sites.</li><li>
Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily tasks.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with team members to support project goals and timelines.</li><li>
Assist with job site cleanup and restoration.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>
No previous technical experience required&mdash;training provided.</li><li>
Must be able to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, bending, standing for extended periods).</li><li>
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred (CDL a plus but not required).</li><li>
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends, as needed.</li></ul>
