This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day one!
Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):<ul><li>
Place, align, level, and attach equipment on production lines based on specifications, blueprints, or other documents, ensuring compliance and appropriate tolerances;</li><li>
Perform vibration analysis and anchors equipment.</li><li>
Troubleshoot malfunctions and equipment failures;</li><li>
Perform basic maintenance and repairs;</li><li>
Assemble, test, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures;</li><li>
Dismantle, repair, replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as gears, brushes, and armatures. Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.</li></ul>
Competencies:<ul><li>
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and technical manuals;</li><li>
Basic hydraulic skills, understanding of production equipment and ability to use tick, cutting, and wire welding equipment;</li><li>
Understanding of safety protocols, Lock Out/Tag Out processes, and other mechanical safety processes;</li><li>
Strong organizational skills.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or G.E.D.;</li><li>
4 to 6 years electrical and machine experience;</li><li>
Technical school or skilled trade program preferred.</li></ul>
