Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and well-organized MEP Storekeeper to manage store operations for MEP materials, tools, and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, issuing, stock control, and proper record keeping in coordination with site and procurement teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record all incoming MEP materials (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, electrical)</li><li>Check materials against LPO, delivery note, and purchase order</li><li>Issue materials as per approved material request (MR)</li><li>Maintain proper stock levels and monitor minimum &amp; maximum quantities</li><li>Keep the store clean, well arranged, and properly labeled</li><li>Maintain stock registers and update material tracking system</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and site team for material delivery and shortages</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports</li><li>Handle tools issuing/return records and monitor their condition</li><li>Ensure proper storage to avoid material damage or loss</li><li>Conduct regular physical stock verification</li><li>Follow company HSE and store control procedures</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years UAE experience as MEP Storekeeper</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, ducting, chilled water piping, fittings, valves, insulation, and MEP accessories</li><li>Experience in construction / MEP contracting companies</li><li>Familiar with ERP / Excel for stock management</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to work under site conditions</li><li>Diploma or equivalent qualification</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in handling large MEP project materials</li><li>Knowledge of material submittals and material codes</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss / Camp Manager to manage company accommodation facilities and handle camp administration, worker welfare, and logistics coordination including drivers and transportation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily operations of the workers&rsquo; camp and accommodation facilities</li><li>Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene within the camp premises</li><li>Allocate rooms and maintain updated occupancy records</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities</li><li>Ensure availability of water, electricity, and other basic services</li><li>Handle complaints and welfare issues of camp residents</li><li>Manage drivers, vehicle movements, and daily transportation schedules for site staff and workers</li><li>Coordinate logistics between camp, sites, and office for manpower transportation</li><li>Monitor fuel usage, vehicle condition, and driver attendance</li><li>Coordinate catering, cleaning, and laundry services (if applicable)</li><li>Ensure compliance with municipality and safety regulations</li><li>Maintain records of camp assets, furniture, vehicles, and equipment</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years experience as Camp Boss / Camp Manager in UAE</li><li>Experience managing workers&rsquo; accommodation and transportation logistics</li><li>Ability to handle drivers and organize daily transport schedules</li><li>Good knowledge of camp administration and facility management</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) for record keeping</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
