<ul><li>Being the responsible Mechanical Engineer and reporting to the PM. Oversee a junior mechanical engineer and a mechanical inspector</li><li>Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress, quality and the like.</li><li>Continually review the contractor&rsquo;s construction schedule during the progress of site works.</li><li>Review Contractor&rsquo;s shop drawings against the design [tender] drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to project manager with appropriate comments / approval.</li><li>Prepare Site Material request and send to the Main office to prepare LPOs.</li><li>Follow up the Material Delivery with the suppliers .</li><li>Review contractor&rsquo;s mechanical shop drawing in conjunction with the structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination and advise project manager accordingly</li><li>Review Contractor&rsquo;s mechanical services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements and advise the Project Manager on the appropriateness of the proposals.</li><li>Review Contractor&rsquo;s proposed sub-contractor(s) associated with the structural engineering works from a technical standpoint.</li><li>Undertake general project site observation / inspection of the mechanical services works for Contractor&rsquo;s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant&rsquo;s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule and health &amp; safety.</li><li>Be available to undertake off-site inspections of proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager.</li><li>Undertake prior review of Contractor&rsquo;s proposed mechanical system testing &amp; commissioning methods and schedule</li><li>Review and comment on Contractor&rsquo;s testing and commissioning results and advise Project Manager accordingly</li><li>Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Contractor&rsquo;s action.</li><li>Prepare draft site / engineer&rsquo;s instructions, relating to the building mechanical services, as required and issue to the Project Manager.</li><li>Review of Operation and Maintenance manuals.</li></ul>Requirement :Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 8 &ndash; 10 years Mechanical Site Engineer ( HVAC ) experience in the construction sector with at least 4 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects with a proven track record of successful project delivery.4+ years experience in HVAC works .4+ years experience in HAP , heat load calculation and MEP Design .Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering?</li><li>Do you have 4-5 years Mechanical Site Engineer ( HVAC ) experience in the construction sector with at least 4 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

As we embark on a new project, we are seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of project execution.Job Summary: The HVAC Senior Engineer / Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and Sub-contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Team Coordination: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently</li><li>Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant/client , providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets the required standards.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 9+ years in Mechanical/HVAC Construction Field, 4-6 years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC) project management, preferably within the UAE/GCC region .</li><li>Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to completion.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office .</li></ul>&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.<ul><li>Valid UAE driving license</li><li>PMP certification is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
