They are also responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data entered.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter a variety of data using current technology</li><li>Processing Ohio DL, IDs, CDL, ect.</li><li>Complete out-of-state inspections</li><li>Processing vehicle registrations</li><li>Processing reinstatement payments</li><li>Processing CDL self-cert.</li><li>Review data to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Working directly with the public</li><li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.</li><li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.</li><li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond with appropriate information.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Deputy Registrar or Supervisors.</li></ul>Experience:&middot;Data entry experience (1 year) preferred but not required. &middot;Ability to learn new software programs quickly is required.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
