 Job Description:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced and highly organized
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 to provide direct support to the CEO. This is a
 
 hybrid role based in Alexandria, Egypt,
 
 also this role requires Travel inside &amp; outside Egypt. The role requires a proactive professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing complex schedules and confidential matters in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings and events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and organize reports, presentations and executive communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on business priorities, action items and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with project coordination and strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Well organized, detail oriented &amp; ability to multi task with great follow up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 
 8+ years of experience
 
 in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-level
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, discretion and problem solving ability
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics
 </li>
