If you have a passion for floral design, an eye for detail, and a flair for creativity, we invite you to be a part of our team and contribute to the beauty we bring to the world.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and create high-quality floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations using best practice recipes.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, offering expert guidance and suggestions.</li><li>Select the finest flowers and materials to ensure the highest quality products.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the design studio and floral inventory.</li><li>Assist with customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries when necessary.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest floral trends and techniques to inspire innovation in our designs.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 years recent experience as a Floral Designer in a professional setting.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of different flower techniques, care, and handling.</li><li>Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented with a passion for floral artistry.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Computer skills to take orders, manage email, etc.</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.</li><li>Floral design certification is a plus but not required.</li><li>The work environment may be fast-paced and require periods of standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.</li></ul>We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
