Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our Spa by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.</li><li>Manage calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members.</li><li>Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality where necessary.</li><li>Support office management functions, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.</li><li>Film/Create content for social media account.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
