What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead all Quality Assurance &amp; Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards</li><li>
Own HACCP and food safety systems, driving continuous improvement</li><li>
Partner with Operations &amp; Engineering to strengthen processes and food-safe design</li><li>
Lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including corrective actions</li><li>
Develop and coach a high-performing QFS team</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
Strong leadership experience in food manufacturing (quality or food safety)</li><li>
Deep knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into action</li></ul><p><b><br>
Education</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field</li></ul><p><b>
Experience</b></p><ul><li>
10+ years in food manufacturing</li><li>
3+ years of people leadership</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred</b></p><ul><li>
HACCP certification, PCQI or SQF Practitioner eligibility</li><li>

Sr. Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager

Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Senior Media Manager to a lead a team of media experts and support the strategy, build, and execution of data driven marketing programs for PCB&rsquo;s portfolio of brands. Leading all aspects of media including strategizing, measuring and optimizing media programs across both the pet &amp; grocery categories is a key part of this role. Proven ability to lead a team and drive results. Being comfortable with data and ambiguity will be important as you are helping shape a new capability.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities and Accountabilities</b></div><ul><li>

Lead a team of 4+ high achieving media experts</li><li>
Direct and develop talent</li></ul></li><li>
Strategic Collaboration
<ul><li>Influence and educate cross-functional stakeholders on media investment strategies by brand</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, sales, marketing communications and insights</li><li>
Partner with brand teams to guide A&amp;C investments and educate teams on media impact to sales and goals
</li><li>Combine brand insights with sales priorities to create media investment scenarios
</li><li>Partner with agency to define campaign KPIs and measurement approach by the consumer funnel
</li><li>Educate PCB leadership on media landscape including linear TV, streaming TV, online video, national display, paid social, retail media, search, OOH, etc
</li></ul></li><li>Media Planning<ul><li>
Lead and serve as media point-of-contact for annual planning workstreams across all brands
</li><li>Develop full funnel media campaigns across all brands
</li><li>Plan media budgets across wide variety of channels including TV, OLV, display, paid social, retail media, search and national promotions
</li><li>Present planning milestones and gain approval from key leadership stakeholders
</li></ul></li><li>Media Measurement<ul><li>
Set measurement goals for media spend by channel and across the full funnel</li><li>
Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risks</li><li>
Educate and communicate impact of media programs to the broader organization
</li><li>Continuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of our audience and identifying opportunities to increase impact</li><li>
Partner with insights team on annual media mix measurement workstreams and utilize results to inform future plans and optimizations
</li></ul></li><li>Testing Strategy<ul><li>
Lead process for creative optimizations &amp; testing strategies, including A/B testing at the channel level
</li><li>Lead process for audience optimizations &amp; testing strategies
</li><li>Lead process for new channel testing</li></ul></li></ul><div>

5&ndash;7 years of experience in media, marketing strategy, or planning</li><li>
Proven experience leading teams and developing talent (people leadership required)</li><li>
Strong background in digital media, including retail media, search, and programmatic</li><li>
Experience managing or influencing large media budgets and translating strategy into execution</li><li>
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity, action, and results</li><li>
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders</li><li>
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across cross‑functional teams</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
