<div><div>Post Consumer Brands is seeking an Associate Media Manager to help build and execute data driven digital marketing programs in emerging retail media for Target, Kroger, Albertson&rsquo;s, and Dollar General. Planning, measuring and optimizing digital media programs is a key part of this role, and ecommerce experience is a plus. Proven ability to drive results. Responsibilities and Accountabilities</b></div><ul><li>
Media Planning<ul><li>
Digital media campaign planning, activation, and optimization across retail media tactics</li><li>
Plan retail media budgets across wide variety of retail media channels including Target, Kroger, Albertson&rsquo;s, and Dollar General.
</li><li>Lead retail media capabilities evaluations and provide recommendations for future spend</li></ul></li><li>
Media Measurement<ul><li>
Outline measurement goals for media spend across subset of retail partners</li><li>
Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risks</li><li>
Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics (ROAS, iROAS, influenced sales) and communicate impact of programs to the broader organization</li><li>
Continuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of audiences and identifying opportunities to increase impact</li></ul></li><li>
Creative Strategy<ul><li>
Creative approach and execution for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels</li><li>
Support creative process flow for retail media: initial requests, feedback, internal &amp; external reviews, deployment</li><li>
Lead process for creative optimizations &amp; testing strategies, including A/B testing</li></ul></li><li>
Strategic Collaboration<ul><li>
Work with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, &amp; MarComm</li><li>
Combine brand insights with sales priorities &amp; deploy into digital media investments</li><li>
Partner closely with agency to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programs
</li><li>Educate partners on the changing landscape of digital &amp; retail media</li></ul></li></ul><div><b><br>
Education</b></div><ul><li>
BA required. Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred.</li></ul><div><b><br>
</b></div><div><b>Experience</b></div><ul><li>
2-5 years marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience</li><li>
Ecommerce experience required</li><li>
Digital experience on agency or client side required</li></ul><ul><li><b>
