This position includes maintaining calendars/appointments for attorneys, data management, receiving phone calls, receiving payments, managing billing, mail intake and client interface. A qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be very organized.Post Falls Law is a small, personable office that takes pride in its work. Benefits include paid federal holidays and some schedule flexibility. Traditional hours are 9-5 Mon. - Thurs. and 9-3 Friday. However, if a qualified applicant needed to start at 10am, or to finish by 3pm, some flexible arrangements could be made.To apply, please submit a cover letter and a resume.
