Compensation:
$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
Own the Intake Process &amp; Close the Deal:<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and rapport from the first conversation.</li><li>
Qualify leads effectively by understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right legal solutions.</li><li>
Follow up aggressively through calls, emails, and text messages to ensure potential clients move forward.</li><li>
Track and analyze intake metrics (e.g., number of potential new cases, paid consultations, free consultations, fee agreements sent/received, retainers collected).</li></ul>
Sales-Driven Client Conversion:<ul><li>
Confidently discuss the value of our legal services and ensure prospects understand the benefits of working with our firm.</li><li>
Overcome objections and guide hesitant clients to the right decision.</li><li>
Generate fee agreements and ensure timely follow-up to get them signed and retainers collected.</li></ul>
Keep the Pipeline Flowing &amp; Organized:<ul><li>
Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.</li><li>
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to schedule consultations and follow-ups efficiently.</li><li>
Provide regular reports on conversion rates, lead sources, and intake performance.</li></ul>
Dominate our Workshops<ul><li>
Schedule and coordinate workshops and events for the Estates Department, including venue selection, speaker arrangements, and logistics.</li><li>
Promote workshops and events through various channels, such as social media, email, and community outreach.</li><li>
Follow up with attendees to confirm attendance.</li></ul>

Tech-savvy &ndash; comfortable using CRMs, tracking data, and leveraging automation tools for follow-ups.</li><li>

Exceptional organization skills &ndash; ability to juggle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups without dropping the ball.</li></ul>
