A PostNet Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Other duties as assigned. 
 
The Ideal Retail Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have:

<li>Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services</li>
<li>Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner</li>
<li>Multitasking &ndash; must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Outstanding time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>A high school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software</li>

 Retail Customer Service Representative - Daily Tasks:
 
<ul><li>Assists customers with shipping and packaging services, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by franchise owner</li>
<li>Assists customers with their product and service need in person, through email, and by phone</li>
<li>Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system</li>
<li>Up-sells, cross-sells, and actively participates in marketing and promotional initiatives</li>
<li>Opens and closes the center, cash register, and other center systems</li>
<li>Assists management in maintaining, ordering, and stocking inventory</li>
<li>Maintains the center consistent with established standards</li>
<li>Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff</li>
<li>Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes</li>
<li>Captures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail</li>
</ul> 
 Retail Customer Service Representative - Role Requirements:
 
<ul><li>Must be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate clearly with customers by email, by phone, and in-person</li>
<li>May be required to operate a motor vehicle</li>
<li>Must perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner</li>
