<b>School Schedule:</b> 9:00 AM&ndash;2:30 PM<br>
<b>School Year:</b> 210 days (includes paid in-service days, holidays, and breaks)<br>
<b>Student Population:</b> K&ndash;12+ learners (ages 6&ndash;21)</p><br>

At Springtime School, Potential Inc.&rsquo;s private school for learners with Autism and other developmental disabilities, our Special Education Teachers play a pivotal role in helping students build academic, behavioral, and life skills using evidence-based, ABA-aligned teaching practices. <div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Deliver high-quality instruction to students with Autism and moderate to severe developmental disabilities</li><li>Use ABA-aligned strategies to support learning, behavior, communication, and independence</li><li>Create individualized educational plans and adapt instruction to meet student needs</li><li>Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment</li><li>Build meaningful, professional relationships with students and their families</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including BCBAs, therapists, and support staff</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development and trainings</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple responsibilities within a dynamic school setting</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving in supporting diverse learners</li></ul><div><br>

<div><b>Qualifications</b></div><br>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Special Education (required)</li><li>Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certificate (PK&ndash;12 preferred; other certifications considered if candidate is willing to update to PK&ndash;12)</li><li>Willingness to teach across multiple age groups (PK&ndash;12)</li><li>Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)</li><li>Experience with ABA or willingness to complete comprehensive ABA training (preferred)</li></ul><div><br>
