 Summary
 
 
 
 We're looking for a driven and resourceful
 
 
 Talent Acquisition Specialist
 
 
 to partner directly with our HR Director in owning the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is laser-focused on attracting and securing top talent &mdash; from building pipelines and sourcing candidates across multiple channels to shepherd candidates through each stage of the hiring process. You'll be a true partner in the recruitment realm of our rapidly growing company.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Full-Cyle Recruitment
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open roles in partnership with the HR Director &mdash; from job posting through offer acceptance
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and schedule interviews, debrief sessions and feedback collection across hiring teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidate communication throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Source &amp; Pipeline Development
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry-specific communities
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to expand reach
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend relevant job fairs, networking events, and community hiring initiatives as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Rippling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health) and share regular updates with the HR Director
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and post compelling job descriptions in collaboration with the HR Director and hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the HR Director in continuously improving recruiting processes, templates, and workflows
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (in-house or agency)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success sourcing candidates across multiple channels, including passive outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Juicebox AI, Gem, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative by nature; comfortable working as a true partner rather than independently owning an entire HR function
 </li>
 <li>
 High sense of urgency balanced with attention to quality
 
 
 </li>

 Compensation
 
 
 
 $75,000-$90,000 per year commensurate with experience
