You&rsquo;ll make sure every interaction leaves a positive impression while also helping our legal teams stay organized and connected.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a professional and welcoming experience.</li><li>Answer and route incoming calls with clarity, empathy, and urgency.</li><li>Collect and log basic intake information in our case management system (Litify).</li><li>Transfer clients to the right team members and ensure every call is documented accurately.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate in-office meetings, including conference room use.</li><li>Keep the office environment clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.</li><li>Participate in team meetings to stay aligned on client service standards and goals.</li><li>Uphold our Core Values in every client and team interaction.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Previous experience in front desk, office administration, or client-facing service.</li><li>Customer service or call center experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach.</li><li>Familiarity with office or case management systems (Litify experience a plus).</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lumberton, NC 28358 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
