The role involves driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and leading store managers to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee 6&ndash;10 Domino&rsquo;s outlets within the assigned cluster</li><li>Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across stores</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to Domino&rsquo;s operational, quality, and hygiene standards</li><li>Monitor P&amp;L, food cost, labor cost, and store KPIs</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and teams</li><li>Implement company strategies, promotions, and SOPs effectively</li><li>Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews</li><li>Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service recovery</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Supply Chain, Training)</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms</li></ul>Eligibility / Requirements<ul><li>Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in QSR / Retail / FMCG operations</li><li>Minimum 2+ years experience managing multiple outlets</li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned area</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary: ₹80,000 &ndash; ₹90,000 per month</li><li>Annual CTC of ₹12 LPA</li><li>Growth opportunities with a leading QSR brand</li><li>Performance-driven culture and structured career path</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
