Your main duties will include:1. Commissioning &amp; Start-Up<ul><li>Perform start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at photovoltaic plants.</li><li>Ensure systems are configured and operating according to specifications.</li></ul>2. Troubleshooting &amp; Repair<ul><li>Diagnose and repair inverter faults in the field.</li><li>Replace components such as MV transformers, switchgear, electronic boards, AC/DC fuses, fans, and filters.</li></ul>3. Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct scheduled maintenance and updates (software/hardware).</li><li>Follow safe start/stop procedures and warranty protocols.</li></ul>4. Field Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Submit accurate daily field reports detailing work performed and time spent.</li><li>Complete expense reports and maintain inventory of assigned parts.</li></ul>5. Customer Support &amp; Safety<ul><li>Provide technical assistance and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and company training standards.</li></ul>6. Asset Management<ul><li>Maintain and care for company property including vehicle, tools, devices, and PPE.</li><li>Ensure proper installation of wiring and connections (Layer 1 responsibilities).</li></ul>7. Travel &amp; Flexibility<ul><li>Travel as required based on operational needs across the U.S.</li><li>Be available for emergency support and 24/7 service coverage when needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.</li><li>Experience with solar inverters, MV equipment, and power electronics.</li><li>Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software updates.</li><li>Certifications: OSHA, NFPA 70E, or similar safety certifications preferred.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Other:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor environments.</li></ul>About our companyPure Energy is our motivation to lead the Renewable Energy Generation.
