Position Summary: 
 
Power Ford, one of New Mexico&rsquo;s most respected and award-winning automotive dealerships, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive showroom and online traffic, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive marketing, digital innovation, and community involvement, with a strong ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution across all channels.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li> 
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support sales, service, and parts department goals.</li><li> 
Manage the dealership&rsquo;s brand presence across digital, social media, traditional, and community platforms.</li><li> 
Oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and remarketing) and coordinate with agency partners as needed.</li><li> 
Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives aligned with Power Ford&rsquo;s mission and culture.</li><li> 
Collaborate with department managers to create targeted promotions, seasonal campaigns, and consistent messaging.</li><li> 
Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.</li><li> 
Manage website content, online reputation, and customer review platforms to ensure positive brand visibility.</li><li> 
Produce creative content including email campaigns, social media posts, in-store materials, and video scripts.</li><li> 
Ensure compliance with OEM (Ford) co-op advertising requirements and brand standards.</li></ul> 
Supervise and mentor marketing team members and external vendors to maintain consistent performance and brand alignment. 
Job Requirements:

Qualifications &amp; Skills:</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.</li><li>
3+ years of marketing experience (automotive industry experience strongly preferred).</li><li>
Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and social media engagement.</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
