Power House Gym is seeking a certified and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our professional fitness team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality Pilates group sessions focused on strength, mobility, posture alignment, and overall body conditioning.We are looking for an instructor who can lead engaging classes, motivate members, and help build a strong fitness community within the gym.Responsibilities<ul><li>Certified Pilates Instructor (international certification preferred &ndash; STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.</li><li>Conduct professional group Pilates classes (Mat and/or Reformer).</li><li>Design structured programs focused on core strength, flexibility, posture correction, and injury prevention.</li><li>Ensure proper form, breathing techniques, and safe execution of exercises.</li><li>Adapt sessions to accommodate different fitness levels within group settings.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with members before, during, and after sessions.</li><li>Build positive relationships and contribute to a supportive fitness community.</li><li>Collaborate with the fitness team to enhance member experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
