Power House Manufacturing is looking for hard working and reliable individuals to become an essential part of a growing team in the high demand and growing industry of electronics &amp; power generation.The Power House Load Bank product line groups consist of:<ul><li>EV charging solutions</li><li>EV propulsion developmental testing</li><li>AC &amp; DC Military systems testing</li><li>DC Industrial battery testing (lifecycle testing and verification)</li><li>AC power generation systems (Power Plants &amp; Generators)</li><li>Renewable energy (Hydrokinetic Turbines, Solar Fields, Wind Farms, Etc.)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Candidate must have:</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering field.</li><li>Ability / trainability to create wiring diagrams/schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, test procedures, and other documents as needed.</li><li>Skills for wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and recording of data.</li><li>Ability / trainability to use test equipment such as multi meters, hi-pot testers, and AC &amp; DC power supplies.</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers in person and on the telephone.</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic, small company environment.</li><li>Dexterity to handle small components and tools.</li><li>Have adequate sight, hearing, and use of limbs to distinguish proper products identification.</li><li>Ability to work in a variety of environments including both office/desk as well as the shop floor.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>A strong sense of urgency.</li><li>Must be highly responsible and self-motivated not requiring frequent guidance.</li><li>Computer skills; excel, word, etc.</li><li>Experience with electronic control circuit design.</li><li>Knowledge of low and medium voltage power circuits and design.</li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performs all required aspects of product design and production.</li><li>Assist with the design and build of new assembly components and systems.</li><li>Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and up to date.</li><li>Performs; quality control , inspection, and power testing procedures.</li><li>Engages in various phases of shop operation.</li><li>Performs other miscellaneous engineering/technical jobs as needed.</li><li>Design and print 3D models of various components.</li><li>Communicates with others to organize / prioritize job completion.</li><li>Works within Company's guidelines and policies.Health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation after successful completion of 90 day probationary / orientation period.Power House Mfg. is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status.
