We focus on practical solutions that help our clients work efficiently.The Role We&rsquo;re looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer/Drafter to join our office-based team. You&rsquo;ll create CAD drawings from field measurements and work with our installation crews as you gain experience. Over time, you&rsquo;ll get more hands-on with job sites and project reviews.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create accurate CAD drawings from field measurements</li><li>Review drawings with installation crews to make sure everything is clear</li><li>Support installations and project kickoffs as you gain experience</li><li>Help with office and shop tasks, like updating files, coordinating equipment, and assisting with trucks</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Safety<ul><li>Field visits are generally dry but can be dusty or dirty; getting a little dirty is expected</li><li>Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs and working at heights</li><li>PPE like hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety glasses, gloves, and ear plugs are provided for job sites</li><li>Safety is a top priority, whether in the office or on-site</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD; other CAD software is a plus</li><li>Strong mechanical and math skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable with occasional fieldwork and measurements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
