<div><div><div>Job Description:</div>
</div> <div>Stores Officer with 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raw material and inventory management, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and issuance of materials as per production requirements.<br>
<b>Key Responsibilities.</b><br>
Management of stores operations, including management of the receipts, ensuring proper storage and issue of raw material, spares and consumables and dispatch of finished goods.<br>
Scrap management.<br>
Maintain accurate inventory records. Monitoring stock control systems, min. max. levels. Basic knowledge of quantity and quality verification of inward/outward and preparation of GRN in coordination with indent issuing and approving authorities.<br>
Checking and updating all indents, issue slips and delivery orders and other related documents.<br>
Preparation and physical verification of all MIS reports like, stock of finished goods, raw material, consumables, and other material on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.<br>
Ensure proper material handling, labelling, and safety procedures.<br>
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Purchase, and Quality departments.<br>
Maintain proper housekeeping.<br>
Familiar with ISO procedures.

<div><div>Qualification</div> <div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical).</div>
</div><br>
<div><div>Experience</div> <div>Minimum 3 to 4 years of Stores experience, preferably in the electrical cable or related industry.</div>
</div><br>
<div><div>Skills:</div> <div>Accurate record-keeping<br>
Inventory control and stock management.<br>
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<br>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.<br>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</div></div></div></div><p></p>
