PowerWashCompany.com is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with a diverse skill set. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and accurately in a small office. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as well as expertise in administrative tasks such as word processing and email management. This position will work in our Gaithersburg Maryland location to support our technicians and front office team. They must have a passion for customer service and a desire to providing the highest level of support to the clients we have worked with for 37 years.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer all incoming phone calls</li><li>Accurately enter information into our online pricing/scheduling system.</li><li>Create, manage, and confirm client information and appointments with clients.</li><li>Plan daily and weekly schedules based on customers' needs by reviewing daily paperwork, route sheets, etc.</li><li>Take and distribute accurate messages with job details and customer information.</li><li>Social Media posting and monitoring</li><li>Perform and coordinate office activities.</li><li>Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Demonstrate:<ul><li>Strong phone skills &mdash; You are comfortable, confident, and professional on every call, even when things get busy</li><li>Computer proficiency &mdash; You can navigate scheduling software, manage email, and pick up new programs quickly without hand-holding</li><li>Social media know-how &mdash; You actively use platforms like Facebook and Instagram and understand how to post engaging content and respond to followers</li><li>Accurate data entry &mdash; You understand that getting the details right the first time matters and take pride in your work</li><li>Scheduling and organizational ability &mdash; You can look at a busy day of appointments and technician routes and make it all make sense</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication &mdash; Your emails, messages, and phone calls are clear, professional, and friendly</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish &mdash; Strongly preferred to better serve our diverse client base</li><li>A calm, can-do attitude &mdash; Small offices move fast.
