Qualifications:
<div>1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.</div><div>

2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or</div><div>
</div><div>
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or</div><div>
</div><div>
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.</div><div>
</div><div>
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.</div>
Posted Salary Range: USD $53.00 - USD $58.00 /Hr.</div>

Qualifications:
<div>1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA &amp; ACOTE standards.
<br>
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
<br>
3. They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.</div>
