<div>This position is responsible for sourcing equipment appropriate for projects within Powerhouse and maintaining accurate tracking procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Source all equipment for needed projects.</li><li>
Compare prices to obtain best value.</li><li>
Schedule equipment for delivery as needed by the PM &ndash; relaying order information back to the PM for confirmation.</li><li>
Create equipment Purchase Orders (PO&rsquo;s) in CMS/Core</li><li>
Vet all invoices and upload to CMS or Core &ndash; Approve invoices as needed</li><li>
Update tracker with all of the above-mentioned information insuring accuracy.</li><li>
Build relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors to service emerging needs.</li><li>
Compare material prices and services to pursue the most profitable course in line with business objectives.</li><li>
Maintain supply delivery deadlines as needed for project completion.</li><li>
Experience with data-entry, database management and reporting and compliance necessary</li><li>
Must be an independent worker and able to succeed with little supervision.</li><li>
Must be comfortable in an everchanging environment.</li><li>
Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with an ever-changing environment and demanding customers.</li><li>
Must be a team player and able to support teammates at any given time.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Previous experience in an exterior services procurement environment preferred.
Technical Skills: 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications 
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.

Procurement Specialist I

<div>In your role as an MERN Developer you will:<ul><li><ul>
<li>Design, build, and maintain advanced full-stack web applications using a modern technology stack that includes PostgreSQL, NestJS, Next.js, GraphQL, React, and third-party integrations.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specifications.</li>
<li>Write clean, efficient, and reusable code adhering to best coding practices and standards, with a strong emphasis on maintainability and performance.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high code quality, functionality, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.</li>
<li>Implement responsive, dynamic, and engaging user interfaces with React and Next.js, focusing on an exceptional user experience.</li>
<li>Develop scalable and secure backend services and APIs using NestJS, leveraging GraphQL for optimized data fetching and manipulation.</li>
<li>Expertly design and manage relational databases with PostgreSQL, emphasizing data integrity, performance, and scalability.</li>
<li>Integrate a wide array of third-party APIs and services, enhancing application functionality and user experience.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software applications, proactively addressing and resolving issues to reduce user impact.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and incorporate technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.</li>
</ul></li></ul>Requirements<ul>
<li>
3-5 years of work experience as a Full Stack Developer specializing in PostgreSQL, NestJS, Next.js, GraphQL, React, and extensive third-party API integrations.</li>
<li>Thorough experience and strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in developing dynamic user interfaces with React, with a deep understanding of its core principles such as components, hooks, and state management.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of server-side development with NestJS, including a solid grasp of GraphQL for creating efficient and flexible APIs.</li>
<li>Comprehensive expertise in PostgreSQL for database design, management, and optimization.</li>
<li>Significant experience with integrating a broad range of third-party services and APIs into complex web applications.</li>
<li>Proficiency in version control with Git, encompassing advanced features such as branching strategies and conflict resolution.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes, and the ability to implement seamless, interactive web applications.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud services, container technologies (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines, enhancing development and deployment workflows.</li>
<li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of working in fast-paced environments, and a continuous desire to learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks.</li>
