Engineering &amp; Project Execution<ul><li>Head all engineering activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.</li><li>Oversee detailed engineering including:</li><li>Process calculations and design basis</li><li>P&amp;IDs, GA drawings, layouts, and fabrication drawings</li><li>Equipment sizing and specifications</li><li>Ensure engineering deliverables align with contract requirements, standards, and client specifications.</li><li>Identify design gaps, inconsistencies, and risks; propose corrective actions.</li></ul>2. Document &amp; Drawing Control<ul><li>Review and approve all engineering documents before submission.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of drawings, calculations, datasheets, and technical documents to clients and consultants.</li><li>Coordinate comments resolution and resubmissions until final approval (AFC / IFC).</li><li>Maintain document registers and submission schedules in coordination with project team.</li></ul>3. Material &amp; Vendor Engineering<ul><li>Review and finalize equipment datasheets, MRQs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Technically evaluate vendor offers and perform bid tabulations.</li><li>Review vendor drawings, calculations, and data for compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement to ensure technical clarity during purchasing.</li><li>Liaise with vendors for clarification, deviations, and approval closures.</li></ul>4. Proposal &amp; Tender Support<ul><li>Support the proposal team during bidding stage with:</li><li>Technical inputs and design concepts</li><li>Equipment selection and sizing</li><li>Cost-effective engineering solutions</li><li>Review technical parts of tenders, specifications, and deviations.</li><li>Assist in preparing technical clarifications during tender stage.</li></ul>5. Fabrication &amp; Site Support<ul><li>Ensure engineering deliverables are suitable for fabrication and installation.</li><li>Support fabrication team with clarifications and design modifications when required.</li><li>Resolve engineering queries raised during manufacturing and assembly.</li><li>Assist site or commissioning teams with technical clarifications as needed.</li></ul>6. Coordination &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and draftspersons.</li><li>Coordinate with project management, procurement, QA/QC, and fabrication teams.</li><li>Act as the main technical interface with clients, consultants, and third parties.</li><li>Ensure engineering schedules align with overall project timelines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.</li><li>10&ndash;15 years of experience in water, wastewater, and/or oil &amp; gas package engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in a lead or managerial engineering role within an SME environment.</li><li>Strong experience in package systems (skid-mounted units, packaged plants).</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>Water &amp; wastewater treatment systems</li><li>Oil &amp; gas package engineering</li><li>International codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, IEC, etc.)</li><li>Ability to review:</li><li>P&amp;IDs, layouts, GA &amp; fabrication drawings</li><li>Equipment datasheets and vendor documents</li><li>Familiar with engineering tools and documentation practices.</li><li>Strong understanding of approval workflows (Client / Consultant / Vendor).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced SME environment</li><li>Decision-making and leadership mindset</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong ownership of deliverables</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Timely approval of engineering documents and drawings</li><li>Reduction in engineering rework and non-conformities</li><li>Effective vendor and client technical coordination</li><li>Support to fabrication without delays</li><li>Successful closure of engineering deliverables within project schedules</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: Remote
