Since 1997, we have increased our global presence with operations in the United States, Europe, and Asia while committed to our mission: &ldquo;Committed to stronger lives&rdquo;.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work in our warehouse who prepares, routes and manages a company&rsquo;s purchase orders. Their main duties include reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.This position requires a self-motivated individual able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with limited supervision. Must possess excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.Responsibilities<ul><li>Post orders and create orders, picks and shipments</li><li>Register orders and print BOLs for LTL's</li><li>Print LTL, FEDEX (2 copies for FEDEX)</li><li>Troubleshoot Customer Freight/Shipment Issues via email: customers, customer service, and freight</li><li>Send ASN for AMAZON DROP SHIP, GSI and AMAZON.COM by the end of the day</li><li>Call freight companies for p/us</li><li>Create and Print UPS Shipping Label for the customer (end-user and dealers)</li><li>Troubleshooting -Responding to Internal E-Mail communications- requests</li></ul>Minimum Skills and Experience Required<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably in a consumer product environment.</li><li>Communication: Has strong verbal and solid written communication skills to effectively convey accurate information to management, personnel, and customers</li><li>Prioritization: Ability to weigh tasks and goals by relative importance and urgency while keeping the big picture or result in mind.</li><li>Organization Takes an efficient and orderly approach to tasks, processes, and overall workflow.</li><li>Dependability: Is reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations, is accountable even in the face of obstacles.</li><li>Positive Attitude: Has a good-natured attitude even in the face of stressful job demands and difficult operational or interpersonal issues.</li><li>Stress Tolerance: Can perform calmly and effectively in high-stress and ambiguous situations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Warehouse Logistics Coordinator: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
