Job SummaryAs a Remote Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily business operations. You will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team and departmental staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows. Because this is a 100% remote role, success requires exceptional self-motivation, bulletproof organization, and top-tier communication skills.Key Responsibilities1. Calendar &amp; Schedule Management<ul><li>Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones.</li><li>Send meeting invites, prepare agendas, and handle rescheduling requests promptly.</li><li>Protect executives' time by screening meeting requests and prioritizing urgent matters.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Inbox Triage<ul><li>Monitor, sort, and respond to general company emails and inquiries.</li><li>Draft professional correspondence, announcements, and internal memos.</li><li>Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal team members and external clients.</li></ul>3. Data Entry &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain and update digital filing systems (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) ensuring data security and easy retrieval.</li><li>Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.</li><li>Take accurate minutes during virtual meetings and track action items to completion.</li></ul>4.
