 Pozo-Diaz &amp; Pozo, P.A. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Workers&rsquo; Compensation Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience.
 
 
 
 Qualifications/Competencies
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product

 <li>
 Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior insurance defense and/or workers&rsquo; compensation litigation experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate settlements
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of dedicated workers&rsquo; compensation experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage workers&rsquo; compensation caseloads
 
 
 
 </li>
